Pride of place this week goes to our Under 12 panel who played lovely football in their games away to St. Molaise Gaels on Tuesday 11th.
On the same evening our Minors lost out to St. Mary’s in a playoff to decide league semi final placings.
On Saturday the Senior team were comprehensive winners against Drumcliffe/Rosses Point in the Division 2 league and a busy weekend was completed on Sunday with the Division 5 team losing to St. John’s by 4 points and the Senior Hurlers winning by the same margin in the Dermot Molloy League against Coolera /Strandhill.
This week the two Under 12 teams are away to St. John’s on Tuesday at 7.00 and on the same evening the club is hosting the County Under 16 ladies, fresh from their win against Roscommon, who play Mayo in the league in what promises to be a very entertaining game.
On Friday the Under 14s play Easkey in the league Semi Final in Kilcoyne Park at 7.00 and it is hoped there will be plenty home support for this talented group of players.
Our Senior teams finish off the weekend action with a Division 5 game away to St. Mary’s at 7.30 on Saturday evening and a Division 2 trip to Easkey at 2.30 on Sunday.
